It has a washing machine which was really helpful and the bath/shower turns into a dryer. The staff is really sweet and courteous. Building has a lift and the rooms are tidy and clean and exactly like in the pictures. My stay was very pleasant. I liked the location of the hotel as it was about 5 minutes walk from Ueno station and 2 minutes walk from a convenience store (kombini). My family of 4 also appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the tatami room. The room was immaculately clean and maintained daily.
