Location was good, about 25 minutes drive to the ski slopes and 10 minutes drive to the town. They provided ample wide variety of drinks to unwind after the hitting the slopes. The lounge is fitted with camping furniture.

The private onsen was very pleasant and allowed couples to bath together unlike the public baths. The location was very convenient for access to the public onsen also with numbers 1 and 2 only 100 meters or so away. The Japanese breakfast and dinner included with the room was excellent with very attentive and personal service.

Best hotel stay of our trip. Akira went above and beyond the whole stay with lifts to and from the monkey park and the train station. His whole family were so welcoming, it felt like coming to stay with your own family. Beautiful rooms and wonderful food.
