From the moment we arrived, our experience at JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of spectacular! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. A special shout-out to Pricilla and Jemimah, who made us feel like royalty throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personal attention, and we’ll definitely be recommending to our friends and family. Palacina Hotel is a wonderful place, very beautifully furnished, in a lush garden! The room was spacious and bright, very comfortable, clean with everything you need. Breakfast and the restaurant are very good, the staff very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Great location, excellent food on the 15th floor with view of Nbi, spacious rooms. Easy to park, easy to walk, beautiful design

The room and the staff were amazing. There is a walkway through the car park downstairs to get to the mall so it’s literally a 2 minute walk. Security is amazing everytime you go back to the hotel they’re even checking the Ubers you’re in and opening the boot makes you feel really safe although the neighbourhood is not dangerous. Housekeeping is amazing and they always provide plenty of water. James and the rest of reception are always friendly and willing to help. Pool is super clean and HUGE during my stay there I saw it cleaned everyday. Although smoking is not allowed from balcony and has to be down at the pool I didn’t mind this as I got to admire the facilities. Great place for a great price I cannot wait to come back and stay there.
