From the moment we arrived, our experience at JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of spectacular! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. A special shout-out to Pricilla and Jemimah, who made us feel like royalty throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personal attention, and we’ll definitely be recommending to our friends and family. The entire apartment was luxurious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality utensils and top of the line equipment. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were spotless. The property is very well maintained and the staff are wonderful. The location is great as well, yaya centre right next door has a lot of great restaurants and places to shop for curios that are significantly cheaper than the curio shops along the highway. Would definitely go back whenever I visit Nairobi again.
