The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. They have helped us immensely. The hotel is modern and nice. Rooms are well equipped and ergonomically designed. Food at breakfast is varied, fresh and delicious. There is a walking/running lane along the river that leads to a big park. Shops, restaurants are nearby. Easy access to the airport with a bus/metro. Nicely organized lobby where you can have a chat with your colleagues/friends.

Everything was fantastic at the hotel. The little bakery and convenience store in the hotel (while a little pricey) was super convenient and served really good food. The staff was polite and helpful, and the area of the hotel was fantastic.
