Staff were super friendly and helpful. We felt like rock stars at all times. Our flights to Seoul were cancelled due to weather and they quickly arranged KTX tickets, itself an experience.

Location was great. The view in the room and the terrace was amazing. Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. The room was big and very clean! Great stay for a little quiet relaxing weekend!

    The location was good, within 10 minutes walk from Shinsegae Centum City and good connectivity to different areas of Busan. Room was fairly spacious with 2 bottles of still water provided daily. Great value for money.
