I had a fantastic stay at Agnus Unawatuna.This is my second time here.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, close to jungle beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The sri lankan breakfast, ocean view, pool made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place with amazing view, pool and food.

The facility is amazing and what makes the stay most comfortable and memorable are the staff who are very well mannered and kind , always ready to serve with a smile. The places to visit are very close by a short tuk tuk ride. The hotel arranged all transportation and without a doubt , will recommend this place. The rooms are cozy ,comfortable and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay at kings landing! The highlight for us was the lovely staff- Pamuda and Lakrusan were fabulous staff. We were always greeted with a smile and they helped us with any questions we had. Our room was always clean and on Christmas day they gave us a lovely cake and refreshments. We felt very well looked after.

We stayed two nights and from the moment we arrived we felt at home and cozy. The hotel rooms were very clean with comfortable beds + the included breakfast of eggs, sausages, fruits and more was sensational. The hosts/staff are also very down to earth and were attentive with any request we had.

If there’s one place to stay in Sri Lanka, it’s here! A beautiful cabin, well-maintained, with brand new and super comfortable bedding—I’ve forgotten all about my own bed at home! Hot water, air conditioning working perfectly. Free laundry. The breakfast is exceptional, I’m still drooling just thinking about it! The kindness and hospitality of the family are truly rare—I’ve traveled a lot, but this is unmatched! And the farewell gift? Never seen anything like it! One word: THANK YOU. The only problem I see is that we don’t want to leave this place! If you’re reading this review, don’t think twice before I decide to book for the whole year! You won’t be disappointed!
