Had a lovely stay at Idou Malabata with my partner for a few days of winter holiday and to catch some Moroccan sun. The staff was very pleasant, attentive and helpful. Everyone speaks very good English and is eager to give their guests the best experience possible. If anything went not quite as hoped the staff was very helpful and resolved any issues immediately. Things can always go wrong but it’s down to how they are handled and rectified and this was done very well at Idou Malabata. We enjoyed the gym, the spa and the beautiful view from our family room which we were upgraded to upon arrival (complimentary) just to make our stay more special. The food in the restaurant was very good. The menu on that day had mostly fish dishes which wasn’t ideal for someone who doesn’t like fish or seafood. I recommend checking the menu of the day before making a reservation. The cocktails were very well crafted and tasty. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim so we did not get to enjoy the pools but they looked lovely and very inviting on hot days. Can whole heartedly recommend the hotel, restaurant and bar and would definitely stay again.

You are an amazing person and hotel Farah can be proud to have you in their team. The breakfast was topp, the best service and quality ever. A true 5 stars. We don’t remember all names but thank you Hassan And your collègues from the bottom of my heart. The room service also amazing, the reception, we would like to Thank Loubna, Mhammed and Bader. The list is long We already booked our next stay in hotel Farah. Bravo to the person in charge of this hotel . We had 2 unforgettable weeks. Kaoutar and Lamiae

Great staff especially Noufisa and the manager. She arranged and upgraded room that was beyond beautiful. She really made my stay very pleasant! Noufisa is great host that really understands client service and hospitality!
