The Gomerino is a very nice hotel in the center of Valletta. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The rooms are very quiet, nice and comfortable, and the breakfast very delicious. I really would recommend this hotel.

Super nice hotel located in the centre of Valletta. Lovely staff with great energy. The room was super clean. We also had breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant and it was perfect. The vibe of all the people working there just makes this hotel even nicer. If in Malta again, we’ll surely stay at La Falconeria.

    Αn Enchanting Journey Through Time Nestled in the heart of Valletta, Casa Rocca Piccola is far more than just a museum—it’s a testament to Maltese nobility and history. From the moment you step through its doors, you're invited into a world steeped in centuries of tradition. The grand interiors, with their interconnecting rooms—libraries, dining chambers, drawing rooms, and a charming chapel—are beautifully preserved, offering an authentic glimpse into aristocratic life. One of the most moving parts of the tour lies beneath the surface—the WWII bomb shelters hewn from solid rock provide an evocative reminder of Malta’s resilience during wartime As you wander, there's a delightful surprise in the courtyard garden—a friendly, talkative parrot. P.S. We visited Casa Rocca Piccola back in 2022 (now it's 2025) and although it took me years to write this review, the experience stayed with us vividly. The tour guide who gave us the tour was exceptional, knowledgeable and engaging.

    My 2 sisters and I visited Casa Rocca Piccola together and...

    My 2 sisters and I visited Casa Rocca Piccola together and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We felt extremely honoured when Mr Nicolas De Pirot, himself, greeted us in the forecourt and gave us an explanation of the history of his wonderful home. He was very passionate when telling us about various aspects of the home, and we were even more delighted when he opened up a mobile altar to show us, telling us that he would not normally open this for visitors but that he felt he just wanted to open it for us. His explanation of the paintings and the photographs and the association with the Basilica on Gozo, and his parents' invitation to the Coronation of HM The Queen in 1953, made us realise how special our visit to Casa Rocca Piccola was. A fantastic tourist attraction of a Noble home still lived in by the family with generations of history. We are visiting Malta again in October and will definitely make a return visit.

    Casa Rocca Piccola was wonderful. It is a family home, a museum and a B&B. The Cosmo Suite we stayed in was lovely and thankfully air-conditioned as it was extremely hot during our stay. It is a palazzo with a long history and the private tour hosted by the Marquis De Piro for guests was really a highlight. Breakfast in the courtyard was a nice start to each day and the location is just a few minutes walk to the main street of Valletta.

    Casa Rocca Piccola is exceptional. It's one of the best places we have ever stayed. There is so much history and warmth. The bedroom was amazing and fortunately it was air-conditioned. Breakfasts were superb, with a good selection of cheeses, cold meats, pastries and yoghurts. Excellent coffee and freshly squozen orange juioce.

    I really liked the staff, the service and the atmosphere. One is treated and welcomed like a true guest. The attention to detail, the effort of making one feel at home, at Casa Rocca Piccola the team understands that hospitality is not just a business, it's a mentality of wanting to make a guest feel welcome and appreciated. I enjoyed the tour of the Palace very much and I definitely recommend it to everyone.

    We loved our stay in the Elephant Room at Casa Rocca Piccola. The bed was very comfortable. Large bathroom with shower which had good water pressure. Breakfast had freshly squeezed orange juice and was served in the beautiful coutyard. The location is central but far away enough from restaurants and the hustle and bustle of central Valletta. The staff are friendly and courteous.

    Thank you Casa Rocca piccola for an absolutely fabulous stay! We stayed in the pineapple room which was beautifully decorated. All the staff were so friendly. The highlight of our stay was our tour by the wonderful Nicholas of his historic family home. We would highly recommend.
