The first floor is the Georgia Restaurant (great food) and the rooms occupy the top 5 floors (2 to a floor). There is just a desk for checking in (not manned 24/7), but the manager, Gretchel, was always available by phone. My room was clean and comfortable and had everything you'd expect in a good hotel. Small grocery store 3 mins walking away- large store 5 mins. Bus stop 1 or 3 mins away. Three AC units - one in each bedroom and one for the main room.
