The location of the property is great, right in the hustle & bustle off china town, lots of restaurants close by to choose from, across the road are the chew jetties and the main strip is approx 5/10 walk. The rooms are modern & spacious, rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and coffee refills. The hotel staff were so so lovely, they really do go above and beyond for you. We accidentally left our fire stick remote in our room during our stay and they were nice enough to post it to us! If I was to return to George town, I would definitely stay here again, it's a nice escape from the busy hustling bustling town.

Lovely property , lovingly and tastefully restored. Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Room was well appointed and housekeeping excellent. Gorgeous well regarded Italian restaurant on site and surrounding area full of good places to eat. Highly recommended

    Food wasnt what it used to be, with char kuey teow being fried at 2 to 3 plates at the same time. Just go there for nostalgic purposes, but food around chulia street and other places is far far better.

    Located at a very convenient location on Gurney Drive, the room we got was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The room was very clean and it comes with a filtered water tap which is always a plus in Malaysia. We had an incredible view of the sea from the room and also from the infinity pool. The bartender at the poolside bar was very attentive and made THE BEST cocktails. This will definitely be my go-to hotel when staying in Penang.

    We specifically chose Seaview Mansion One because it offers the sea view, and Georgetown is also visible from the balcony. The house is single room but spacious, was worth the price as it has beds for 5 people. One of it in the tv lounge though. Has fully functioning kitchen and washing machine too. Gurney Bay is walking distance away, and all the shopping malls, eateries along Gurney drive, if you don't mind walking a little bit more. I share some nighttime view of the sea and the city.

Room The room offered a nice beach view. It was comfortable and clean. Breakfast We really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. Staff The staff were polite and very helpful. Overall Great value for the price. We’ll definitely come back to stay here again!

    The location is strategic and walking distance to Gurney Drive within 15 mins. The house is spacious and clean. The view from the house is superb too especially view from the first room. You are woken up by sunrise at the sea level when you staying at the first room. 24 hours convenience store is just below this condo and you can get everything from there in the midnight.
