Last week i stayed at a Imperial Lexis KL where the service truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering thoughtful amenities and local recommendations. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, always ensuring my room was spotless. What really stood out was their willingness to accommodate special requests with a smile. It felt like they genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service!

I enjoyed everything, and the hotel services were exactly what I expected. The breakfast and lunch had wonderful options. The infinity pool view was excellent, gym and spa options were incredible. The premier infinity room on level 41 offers you a unique view of the Twin Towers, the city, and KL Tower. Exceptional room services. The Sky 51 restaurant/bar was amazing with a great view of Kuala Lumpur. Position of the hotel is very close to the main tourist attractions.

    not family friendly as when they ladies are doing the shopping. the kids are left with the guys where we can't even find a place or playground for the kids to spend a few hours without headache. The management should looks into this. :(

    The apartment is within walking distance of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, one of the city’s top shopping malls, as well as Bukit Bintang, where you can explore vibrant nightlife and dining options. KLCC Park is also nearby for a peaceful escape in the heart of the city. The apartment was modern, clean and beautifully furnished with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city skyline from the living room was simply stunning, especially at night.
