The staff was very friendly, from the bellboy, receptionist Ms Rohaya gives me an unexpected early check in with an upgraded room, Mr Azzam and Mr Firdaus surprised my son with complimentary slice cake on his birthday, For Mr Raja, Mr Rizal, Ms Irma and Ms Azlina under care of Mr Syamsul (excellent teamwork) super great breakfast services , hospitality during our family buffet breakfast.
