Great location, central cbd, close to everything. Warm welcoming service on arrival by front office staff helps a lot. Rooms clean and comfortable. Cleaning service was great by Josh. Option for Green Eco was also a great initiative - $10 voucher to use on F&B. Great value for money. This is the second time we have stayed here in a month & would stay again.

    The property was as advertised. Facilities are good and the location opposite the Town Hall and Aotea Square was ideal for our purposes. Decent sized room with a comfortable bed but the bathroom was vey small in our room. The room service food was acceptable and reasonably priced. Adequate mini bar.
