excellent location on Queen St close to everything. comfortable room with Juliet balcony and bit of a view. Nice selection of tea and coffee. kettle and French press. Pool looked nice but didn’t use it. we liked it so much we have rebooked for our return trip to Auckland!

Wow! This gorgeous hotel was wonderful for our family’s stay. We particularly loved the setup of the adjoining rooms. The staff was very kind, helping with luggage and checkin on our comfort. GREAT!

Excellent location within walking distance of main restaurants, shops, attractions in the CBD. The staff was excellent, really attentive! They helped us with our luggage from and to our car, gave us great dining recommendations. Luggage storage past checkout was no problem at all. Our room was SO clean — overall truly superb with lots of lovely amenities. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone!
