Due to our limited English proficiency, Star went above and beyond to help us numerous times, making our stay more enjoyable and seamless. Whenever we encountered any issues or needed assistance, she patiently addressed our concerns and provided incredibly helpful suggestions. Her professionalism and genuine concern for guests made us feel right at home.
