Fabulous Location..Staff were brilliant..Amna at the reception was so helpful..the lifeguards Hassan,Saif and Sami were brilliant for advice regarding where to visit and again ever so Helpful..The breakfast team led by Sabrina,Fernando were amazing..Fantastic breakfast..Our room was cleaned and left in a perfect condition by Rabbi, Jessen and Ibrahim..We stayed for 16 nights and cannot fault the service. Thanks to Hanni and his team..

The location is very good, in the center of Ruwi, close to the bus station, shopping centers, shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was very rich and with a large selection, mainly Indus and Arabic dishes, which were very tasty. The hotel also has a decent gym and a nice rooftop pool.

When we arrived on the 12/26 afternoon, the reception team welcomed us with a big contagious smile. They gave us all the information needed, as well as recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Breakfast was delicious with various choices and the stuff there was really polite and always at your disposal. Overall we had an amazing time there and we hope to come back soon.
