Great experience. The hotel is beautifully located with a great view on intramuros. It is close by walking to all places to visit in intramuros. The staff was super nice. The restaurant were great particularly the rooftop with a great view of the city and the food quality. The breakfast was also super great. Really worth it.

The staff is very friendly, all is super clean, bed is comfortable. Great value for the money. Good recommendations. I arrived 4am due to delayed local buses and were given a free check-ot extension, which was highly appreciated. Location is walking distance to Intramuros and nice Chinese food places nearby. To start, the staff responded to my messages quickly, that's a big thumbs up from me since I was a little worried cause I was booking the rooms for my parents in the Philippines while I'm in Canada using my credit card. I am also grateful that my special request upon booking was granted. The hotel is just a short walk to Saint Lukes extension clinic where my parents needed to do the medical exam for Canadian visa (the reason I pick this hotel in the fist place) and the sumptuous breakfast that my family enjoyed was the cherry on top.
