10 minute to the central station (busses and trains). Great if you're planning to stay in Krakow and do a day visit to Auschwitz. 10 minute walk into the old town. Big mall directly across the road. The staff were exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful. Because we left early in the morning to Auschwitz, they arranged a packed breakfast, which was really convenient and more than enough! They also kept our luggage for the entire day at no charge.

My 2nd time here and it was a comfortable stay again. Great location just in front of the shopping mall and train station and just 5/10min walking distance to the old town, with no doubt this would be my choice again if I return to this beautiful city. Modern spaces. Good breakfast with variety. And, of course, friendly staff. Do not hesitate!

Delicious breakfast, very comfortable bed, the hotel was clean. I loved the locality, everywhere I had to go in Krakow, it was a few minutes far. Interior design was much better than I expected, I felt like I was accomodated in a castle.

Founded in 1834, the Pollera is conveniently located within Cracow’s Old Town. St Mary’s Basilica and the Main Market are only 300 metres away from the hotel.
