The people were very polite. Clearly they were always ready to help. Especially when on the second day i was getting picked up at 06h30 for a tour, they double checked with the tour agency regarding the pick up location. And they prepared a breakfast box as they usually start breakfast at 07h00. The location was phenomenal. Clear view on the main square. Everything was closeby. The room was magnificent. Breakfast every day was outstanding, a lot of choice.

The hotel was just as we expected for the rate it has. We used the massage service and it was fine, we used the breakfast and it was very good. The staff was extra friendly and helped us solve every inquiry we had with results. Location of the hotel was excellent.
