Everything! We had a lovely room with 10foot ceilings and a brick wall! The ambiance was very old school elegant. The good was exceptional, and breakfast was superb.

It was in a calm place not far from the city center. The center was easily reachable by a tram. And the hotel was quiet, clean and modern. I would stay there again.

friendly receptionists, value for money, breakfast was excellent. good location, few minutes walk from the train station and to the old town square. they even packed our breakfast for us because we have an early train. we loved our stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff :) I arrived late (outside operational hours), and the staff was still waiting for me. I also had instructions in case if my arrival have been too late.

- Location was superb! Its 5 mins to Old town and right across from the largest shopping mall & Krakow Glowny - Room was large & spacious with all amenities. Sheets were fresh & bed was comfortable. - The kiss & ride stop from where all the day trips leave is right outside the hotel - Lovely reception & lobby area with a bar where one can relax with a coffee or cocktail - Staff was very professional & polite - They stored my luggage at the reception from 5 AM to 6 PM while I went for a day trip to Auswitch. - On check in they gave me chocolate & check out they gave me a bagel - both were a cute touch to the overall experience
