Excellent Service. I would like to mention a few names in particular who contributed to our amazing stay at the hotel: Diogo, Fabio and Claudio at front reception who were so warm, inviting and very helpful with making arrangements for our stay; Ricardo at RIB restaurant for his caring and excellent service and attention to detail (These gentlemen also made arrangements for my birthday over the Easter weekend and made the experience extra special) and Ines who served us during the breakfast period throughout our stay - she was very kind and warm and gave us excellent service.

Perfect hotel for a business or tourist trip. Located in the city center, everything is just around, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, tourist attractions. Hotel is new, fresh, well designed, room is not to big but fine, bathroom is perfect. Everything is new clean, well equipped with everything you need. I will for sure come back here again and recommend it to my friends.

    The square and its buildings are amazing; however, the choice of food in the restaurants is poor. Burgers and pizza are not on the top of my list of ‘delicacies’ to try in Lisbon. Unfortunately, this was the case in many popular areas, but there were also some little gems.

    Get the ferry sightseeing tour off the quay at the bottom of the square. Also the Beer Museum looks a bit tacky but it is beautiful inside the cafe and very reasonable for a cold beer outside in the Square.

    The Golden Lisbon Hotel has a lot going for it. The location is excellent—just two blocks from Commerce Square in Baixa, right in the center and close to many sights and restaurants. The king-sized bed is very comfortable, with the nice touch of two different pillows (one softer, one firmer). Rooms are well soundproofed, and the rain shower works perfectly with no leaks at the door. Breakfast is good quality, with a nice variety of good quality products.
