I highly recommend this hotel - everything was good. The manager was the cutest - offered us coffee and cake as we arrived early in morning and the staff did their best to check us in upon arrival, even though it was 9AM.

Free snacks,cakes ,drinks in common area all day makes this Hotel Unique..Clean and positive wibe.Rooms are pretty big and beautifully designed.Uber took just 5 euros from airport.Reception guys have been trained pretty well.Jojo explained me in and out.Being an Indian is by default considered as Vegetarian and i am veg..He explained me whole list of best veg restaurants.Over all awesome stay better than any 5 star hotel.

The gentlemen at the front desk were extremely helpful. They offered us a superior room in exchange for giving our room to those in need. Waiters at the bar during breakfast worked at top speed. The room staff cleaned the room perfectly and promptly. Rooms were soundproofed, bed very comfortable. Great sweet treat on arrival.

Spent three nights in Vincci Bonjardim and we were very happy with our stay! Great location - within walking distance from everything you need to see in Porto and only a few steps from some of the best restaurants and breakfast places we visited in Porto. Hotel itself and rooms are super clean, nicely decorated and comfortable, huge bed was a bonus :) Swimming pool and the poolside bar were great as well, specially since we visited in August. The staff was welcoming and friendly in every step of the way. Would definitely recommend and re-visit next time in Porto!
