Location and the Staff were excellent. The hotel is ~15 mins walking distance to Old Town. There is a quite little park right outside the hotel that makes for a good break from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen staff were great. The breakfast spread was good - miss the green juice :-) While they don't water bottles, the people at the bar/kitchen are super nice when you ask them to fill your water bottle. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze.

It was simply perfect. The family room was very spacious and looked newly renovated. Mattresses are incredibly comfortable, slept like babies! The inclusive breakfast was super diverse and with many many options - we haven’t even expected that level of food for breakfast. But the biggest star of our stay was the receptionist Sophie, who was absolutely stellar. Every hotel in the world should have their own Sophie! She made sure we are taken care of from the moment we stepped in, until our check out. Such professionalism, friendliness and care for the clients is rarely seen these days - Sophie you are A STAR!!

Profilhotels Central is in a great location, just a short and easy walk from Stockholm Central Station. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was fair, and the bathroom looked recently updated. While the shower was on the smaller side, it was still comfortable with excellent water pressure. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options to start the day. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay in the heart of Stockholm.
