The location was perfect for catching trains and trams, walking around, and going to good restaurants. The staff was super helpful, and the computer in the lobby was a great resource in booking fun excursions. The lack of a hot water kettle in the room is mitigated by free tea and coffee in the comfortable lobby.

The design of the hotel was super cool. For breakfast, I dropped and broke a pepper mill, and I confessed to the staff. She was like “It's ok, thank u for telling me :)”. Not only the hotel but also the staff was excellent ✨✨✨ I will definitely come back to stay if I have a chance to visit Sweden again. Thank u.

    Lovely museum.

    Lovely museum. There are lockers to store all coats, backpacks, etc. However they are hard to come by during busy times/days so be aware that you might be waiting a bit before one becomes available.

    We are an Australian family.

    We are an Australian family. This place was interesting and fun BUT not all the rooms had English, as well as Swedish information, as promised. There were two rooms, where quite a bit of it was only in Swedish. I had no idea what was going on. If they are going to do this, then English speakers should get a discount as we couldn't participate properly. Besides this, it was wonderful.

    It was very close to Universeum and Liseberg which was our main reason for travel. It was also close to the tram stop which was convenient. The staff were friendly even when we had to manage our way through the crowds.

    Very quiet room with comfy beds. Practical and fun with bunk bed for the kids in a separate corner. Good location if you are going to f.ex. Liseberg or Universeum.

    The room is exactly like the picture with new facilities, soft bed and a clean toilet. Big kitchen open space where you can cook and eat together. Breakfast was simple but enough for me bc you don't wanna get too bloated in the morning, also Spoton restaurant was worth it for dinner with their ala cart menu. Location very center, ATM and mini market right downstairs, 5min to walk to Universeum and other places
