We celebrated our honeymoon during this trip but staying in this hotel for one night as our transit via Bangkok. The hotel was soooo nice in giving us a cake, fresh flowers and a plate of fruits to celebrate. We were also pleasantly surprised by the rose petals in a warm bath all ready for us when we checked in! What a sweet moment! Since we had to check out super early to arrive the airport at 530am, the hotel had offered to prepare a breakfast box for us to take away - it contained fruits, pastries, juice and water. Sucks for not being able to try their breakfast buffet or the traditional japanese breakfast, but the hotel was Super thoughtful in preparing the boxes for us! <3 I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!!

The staff at the restaurant on the 1st floor were exceptional. Every mornings we experienced the warm Thai hospitality. They had a lovely list of vegan Thai and continental options made to order. The chef was fabulous. And the hostesses were constantly on the move and checking on you even if it would get busy. Such a lovely start to the morning was quite refreshing. The infinity pool on the roof top was pleasant during the quite hours. Beautiful view and ambiance. Though I travelled with my mum. We also did observe that the hotel was kid friendly and people from all ages stayed there. It's worth a stay there to experience the modern yland traditional sides of Thai culture. The Lao Khao event happening for an hour in the evening introduced us to their local drink, which is very strong to be honest, but we loved it.
