I can't say enough about this wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect. The hotel staff, especially Mr. Sun, the hotel manager, were so polite and attentive to the guests. If I were to come back, I would stay here without hesitation. We felt right at home at this hotel.

The atmosphere and design is beautiful. The staff is great, always greeting with smile and helpful. The massage experience at spa was very good. The cocktails at the bar by King are perfect. We dined in the restaurant every evening and everything we've tried was just perfect. The menu is large so various to choose from. Net was greatly serving us.

It was my first trip to Phuket, the moment we reached the place, Jackie gave me a grand welcome, she has a cheerful nature. My man, Bankie was the greatest of host, and a person who i can call a friend now. He took care of everything for me. The view from the room, the amenities, the cleanliness was amazing. I had a 10/10 experience while staying at this place and also had an excellent experience of exploring phuket. I highly recommend to book your stay here as you wont ever be disappointed. Cheers.

The staff are what make this place truly special - a shout-out to Singh and Mary at reception, who bent over backwards to make our stay a memorable one, and Mr. Omelette in the kitchen, who greeted us with the warmest of smiles every morning.

Nice hotel with a friendly and very qualified staff with a high level of service! Especially l'd like to mention su-chef the Portosino restaurant Mr. Jatin, who made the presentation of amazing Indian kitchen for as, managers of restaurant Annie and Julia, who was very hospitality and professionally, miss Fah and Nadia from a rooftop bar with a breathtaking sea view. A reception staff also was very professional. I kindly recommend to visit a Indian kitchen night!
