This hotel exceeded all expectations. The room was incredible and the facilities even better. Amazing gym and restaurants. The spa was out of this world with one of the best massages I’ve had. I will come back to Bangkok specifically to stay in this hotel again. Lovely stay!

I have travelled a lot and been to many hotels the special thing about this place is that they tick ALL the boxes the hotel itself is splendid, comfortable,and the different spaces smell good!the foood is to die for the buffet offers so many delicious choices!!!and the best part is the staff the client service is just on point everyone is amazing and make you feel special❤️if I had to grade them out of 100 it will be 150

Our room in P18 hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us a welcome kit, handed out water bottles, and let us help ourselves to their free snack bar. There was no breakfast but they had free instant noodles for their guests. The towels and pillows were wrapped in plastic and had the impression of being very clean, and they smelled nice too. The mattresses were very comfortable. The location is also very convenient, and is close to a BTS station and to the shopping malls. It is also a short walk away from the terminal station of the airport link which made our departure to the airport very easy.

    Platinum Fashion Mall falls short of being a worthwhile stop, despite its impressively vast array of clothing stores. The pricing, however, proves unappealing for those on a modest budget. If your itinerary already includes Siam Paragon and MBK Centre, opt instead for the Pratunam Night Market, which offers a more rewarding experience than this mall.

    Super large, super busy shopping mall.

    Super large, super busy shopping mall. Zone 2 and 3 are where the action is at. Several floors with so many vendors. Some walkways get tight with other people. Always be ready to bargain prices. Novotel is attached to this mall, and would recommend staying there if it’s within budget and you want to shop until you drop daily.

    Located in the heart of Pratunam. I can easily walk around to Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall and even Central World and BIG C. There is also a lot of restaurants and massage shop on the same street so it’s super convenient !

    Platinum mall is a one stop shop/ jatujak is great too but all shops only open during weekeend/pratunam market is good for wholesale. Cheap finds as well for street vendors who appears when malls or office buildings are close by night.
