Very helpful personnel. I had a very early arrival (7h before actual check-in time), and the staff did their best to find me a room with immediate access, so I had an opportunity to go for a rest after a very long flight.

Absolutely everything! Was truly a home away from home! But most importantly was the support and help of the staff . mainly Mr Ilkar Fidan!! I have travelled extensively, stayed in many a hotel, Air B-n-B BUT never have I ever had an absolute angel of a hotel manager. The list is endless as to how to describe Mr Fidan's professionalism! Outstanding! Of course, the apartment was exceptional. Beautifully maintained! Superbly comfortable! Clean! Spacious! As I said, I could go on and on...
