central location but silent, main sights within easy reach, safe area, good public transport connections, very nice, helpful staff with good English knowledge, very clean, air conditioned rooms, regularly cleaned, capsule coffee maker in the room, substantial breakfast with large variety of food, nice swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna, massage. We would like to return again.

You can't find a better hotel in Istanbul. It s a hidden gem . The best location near all the attractions you like to visit. The personal is so kind and helpful, they just make you feel like you are at home. Super clean rooms and very comfortable mattress and pillows.The breakfast have many different choices every day. Also we have a complimentary water and coffee every day in the room. Don't hesitate to ask the reception for anything, they are always happy to help and talk with you. I can't wait to be back.

The hotel is close by the tram station and by the ferry station . The hotel is new and is located in a central but quiet area. The room was cozy with a pleasant design , beds very comforable , bathroom very clean , opaque curtains on the window . The good part was that the cleaning staff entered the room if /when we wanted . Breakfast with many dishes with daily novelties. Tasty and enough food. Prompt service. I felt very good in this hotel ! The hotel staff made a gesture that impressed me and that proves the attention with which the hotel's guests are treated : for my birthday , they gave me a nice and delicious birhday cake ! A very , very pleasant surprise ! When we left the hotel , When we finished our stay , we received souvenirs from the hotel.A nice gesture ! Thanks to those who contributed ( mr. Kenan , Alev , Ahmet , Fuat , Oģuzhan ) to making my stay very pleasant and unforgettable !
