Great location,very kind people, especially front office manager ERCAN took care of me very well, arranged a taxi,got a a welcome gift of fruits and chocolate waiting for me at the room upon check in..i even got goodbye Turkish coffee as complimentary upon check out...i had a great time ,clean hotel and room with a great view.will definitely visit again

Our stay has been good, Hakan (staff member) was very very helpful, we had an health problem with one of our family member, he was very incredibly caring has been the entire stay, guiding us to buy stuff etc The location is great very near grand bazar and other tourist places.

excellent location right across from the main tram station, really nice staff that went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay, delicious buffet breakfast with a view, clean and comfy room!
