We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The property itself is stunning – everything is clean, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always going out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. Parking was available, which was very convenient. Just make sure to inform the hotel in advance if you’re arriving by car. Breakfast was absolutely phenomenal – a rich and delicious selection served on the terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. Starting the day with such scenery and great food was a real treat. Overall, our experience was amazing. We left with beautiful memories and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Hotel Poem in the Sultanahmet district for 7 days, and everything about our stay was simply perfect. The location couldn’t be better – close to all the historic sights, yet peaceful and full of charm. The level of service was excellent from start to finish. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming – we truly felt at home. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was a real highlight: abundant, varied, and something new to enjoy every day. We stayed in the Penthouse room, which had a large and beautiful terrace with a fantastic view – the cherry on top of a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Hotel Poem to anyone looking to experience Istanbul in the best possible way. We will definitely be back!

    The host was so nice. He met us at the kadikoy metro station and walked us to the property. Cannot speak English but we communicated with Google translate. Fantastic location. Near ferry terminal and bus terminal. You can take bus to and from both airports.
