United StatesThe property is clean and new. I can tell the owner spends a lot of time maintaining their hotel. Also, it is very close to the Kenting main street, and you just need to walk 1-3 minutes to get there. The owner is amiable and helped us, especially since we could not pay after we booked. They trusted us and kept the room. They do provide a yummy breakfast and brown sugar milk tea. My whole family loved it.

AustraliaMy son and I stayed here for 3 night in a room with a balcony. We loved the room. It was very spacious and comfortable. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 80-100m back for the Main Street to it was very convenient to the bus stop, night market and beach, but far enough away to be nice and quiet.

It is a beautiful resort. Spacious and clean room with gorgeous vista views. Excellent breakfast variety. Huge pool and very entertaining facility with restaurants and bars. Lots of fun things to do for kids. Great location with a very short walk to the Kenting night market.

The location was near from Kenting night market. It took just ten minutes by walk. And you can see a beautiful mountain in front of the villa. And most of all, the host mam was soooo kind and friendly😀😀😀. Her breakfast was delicious and she described tourist spots in detail, it helped a lot. We’ll definitely stay here again if we come back Kenting.

It is spacious, clean and tidy. The owner gives free noodles cup that we can take at the check-in desk, and the hotel was located right above the kenting night market, so it was easy for us to search for food.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. She helped my find a parking spot for my big motorcycle, which is not an easy feat in that area (right in the middle of the Kenting night market). Whenever I asked her how to get to a place, she'd answer "I'll take you there, follow me." Very nice lady.

The location is perfect: only 1 minute by walk from Kenting Night Market, but this distance is enough to enjoy a perfectly quiet room; the beach is in a few minutes walking distance. Major sightseeing places are within 10-15 min driving distance. The room is small but very clean, the beds are enormous and very comfortable. Particularly recommended for families, our 6-years-old girl loved the Hello Kitty room. The owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. An excellent price vs. quality balance, highly recommended.
