The hotel is very spacious. It’s built with beautiful architecture. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were kind, polite and helpful. Always when they see us with a smile they greet. Very friendly environment. Feels like comfortable, cozy room. Overall everything was excellent. If I visit Taipei again I would like to stay in this hotel. Thank you Riviera for your hospitality.

This was our second stay at the hotel and it exceeded our expectations. From the responsive communications before our arrival, to the well-appointed, clean rooms and all the friendly and helpful staff we came in contact with, the whole experience was unforgettable and we look forward to returning. We found the beds and pillows incredibly comfortable to sleep on. The location is a short commute from the more lively suburbs/CBD, which suited us as we preferred staying in a slightly quieter area.
