The parking location is far but there is always a shuttle there waiting for you as long as you arrive close to check in time. Good breakfast buffet. Location is very quiet and peaceful. Many restaurants around the property, most restaurants are seafood restaurants even this place is in the mountain. Facility are very nice, specially the fish-spa and the big spa-pool. The in-room spa tub is big, my children enjoyed them so much! Will definitely comeback again.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The boss took time to chat with us and show us his amazing aquarium. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed it very much. Will definitely be booking again!

The hotel owner was very kind and gave us an upgrade when we arrived. Our room had an uninterrupted view of the Central Mountain range and it was fortunate that the skies were clear during our two days there. She also gave us suggestions on what to do on LINE right after we arrived, so we could plan our itinerary. The food was also was excellent! For breakfast, there was a mix of Chinese and Western food, such as congee, turnip cake, stir-fried noodles, fried eggs, toast, coffee, and much more. Dinner was also good - my family especially enjoyed the steamed fish (which tasted very much like authentic Cantonese style food), the Yunnan minced pork and lettuce rolls, and the fresh stir-fried cabbage. Would definitely revisit if I go to that area of Taiwan again!

Marvellous views. Incredibly nice hotel staff that was very helpful. Also very close to Qingjing Farm and a Swiss Garden. 1 hr drive to Hehuanshan or to Sun Moon Lake.
