The hotel was very good. It was built in Japanese style, so it was clean, especially satisfying to relieve travel fatigue while taking a hot spring bath, and the breakfast was also very satisfactory.

Really superb stay. Very spacious for 2, has a nice bathtub and separate shower, two sinks, snacks and water bottles provided. Very clean as well, and this is really important for me as I’m a clean freak. Staff were really friendly and helpful all the time as well!

i liked everything about the hotel. the room decor, bedsheets, towels, slippers, bathrobe,the toto washlet toilet, free mini bar, cocktail hour every night, the extensive and delicious breakfast buffet and the excellent service. plus the location close to a metro station.

This is truly a place you must stay. We celebrated our anniversary and received a wonderful welcome. At the swimming pool, the staff lent us swimming goggles for free. When checking out, I urgently requested a taxi, and they called one right away. When the bellboy was late-for our request was sudden-a female employee carried our suitcases. There were even two very heavy suitcases full of souvenirs, and she carried them without them touching the ground. I saw that even my luggage was treated with care. Thank you so much for all your service. Will definitely visit again!
