Very friendly staff. Accommodating. Although I asked for two beds, we were given a room with one. Staff upgraded us for free to a two bed room.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel in Odesa. It is near the main bus station and local shopping. It is a bit away from the downtown, but transportation is easy in Odesa using Bolt. They have a very safe and comfortable shelter area at the hotel to using during drone attacks. I felt very safe in Odesa and at this hotel. Food was wonderful here and the room was a great price. I especially enjoyed breakfast up on the rooftop patio with views of the city.

it is such a quaint and charming boutique hotel. And the location is unbeatable. The staff was incredibly hospitable, all spoke English.

Excellent location. The room was bigger than an average hotel room. Staff was lovely.
