Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! I'm a solo traveller and I don't speak Ukrainian. Even during black-outs, they still provide you with everything: working elevators, breakfast...etc. The staff always handles everything for me with so much professionalism: early check-in, check-out, breakfast and so on.
