There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel location was very central and we walked to most places. Our room was huge.

Shared bathroom was very clean and well organized, didn't mean any problem at all. Room was noisy, but they provided earplugs Staff was nice and helpful. Good quality food for breakfast.
