Everything! The breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner downstairs too and the food was absolutely amazing. This was our second stay at the Stagecoach and we’ll definitely be back.

The rooms were big and clean, the beds super comfortable, the staff nice and friendly, Leen ( I hope I spelled her name right ) was really kind. No deposit to pay over and above the asking price, as in other chains in New York State and New Jersey. We will definitely be back. Thank you

I slept in the Overlook Lodge. The room was clean and the view on the lake was amazing. Even if outside was pretty cold, the room was warm and very clean. I had no problem parking neither at the Inn and at the Lodge. Even with the snow and the ice, with the car was easy to reach both location. Other than the room, I tired the services of both the Hikers' Cafe and the second floor bar. They were both very good in terms of price-quality ratio, with plenty of possible choices. The location, generally speaking, is amazing. The staff was helpful and easy going.

We visited in October 2022. It was not great at all.

We visited in October 2022. It was not great at all. Poor selection, poor value. The coupons - when we eventually got them operational - do not offer anything like the value of the past! What was most disappointing for us was the lack of customer experience and customer service. The “guest services” desk was empty for the full time we were there. When I approached the office upstairs to get some assistance I was met with the response of “you didn’t ring the bell”. Definitely some additional training in customer service wouldn’t go amiss here! The sales associates were not really knowledgeable of their product line and did little to help find any goods. Many of them were completely unhelpful in relation to the operation of the coupon / discount books. A particularly bad sales experience for us was in the Under Armour store in Woodbury Common. Those associates were more interested in having their own conversations and own fun and the shopper was more of a “nuisance”. On the plus side, the support we received in both Kate Spade and Tumi was second to none.

I recommend. We will rent a room at this renovated hotel every time we visit Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. Everything is new, clean. nice to rest. The breakfasts are not bad. Service is top notch. We love the two pools. One of our hot children loves to bathe in it. The second one is cooler. If you enter it first, then it's fine.
