Everything. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony. The bed was so comfortable. Had the best weeks sleep in our 5 months of travelling south east Asia. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Iris and Jasmine. Easy to walk around the old town from here. Would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely amazing! Perfect location right in the Ancient Town. Beautiful interior. Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Great value. Overwhelmingly friendly staff! Thank you so much to the whole staff, but especially to Emma, Spring and An for their kindness and hospitality! You made our stay in beautiful Hoi An unforgettable! And thank you Emma for organizing the wonderful private tours to My Son Sanctuary and Hue! We will definitely stay here again when we're back in Hoi An!

Excellent location along the River. About 5min walk into the old town. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is small so it never felt like people were around. Room and bathroom were both excellent, good size. We enjoyed breakfast more than other hotels with optional indoor or outdoor eating. The chef made fresh eggs or pancakes, plenty of fruit, pasties etc. They also have barista coffee. We would definitely return.

I would like to commend the staff at this hotel, Robert was amazing and very hospitable in meeting all our queries regarding Hoi An. They were also very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and laundry services. The hotel is also in a prime location, 5 minute walk to Old Town. Plus, it's a bonus that Robert gave us Bánh mì when we arrived and even when we were flying out (as we were leaving during lunchtime). He also gave us mung bean treats to have with tea - he is very thoughtful that way.
