Everything is Just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble . The breakfast was amazing . And the staff were so kind and helpful , my husband got sick in Hanoi and we travelled to Hoian and he became worse . They really took care of us at this hotel and made sure we’re were comfortable and had a doctor on stand by . Exactly what you need/want when you are in a Crisis. They were incredible . Would defo stay again 🙏♥️

Absolutely amazing hotel Check in was fast and room was ready for us. Room is just like the photos = perfect Loved the two pools and breakfast has so much choice, plus changes daily . Shuffle bus into old town and beach free off charge . Also use off push bikes also foc .

Everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Nice, big and clean room with nice garden view. 10-15 min walk distance to the old town. Close to rice terraces.

Location Very friendly and helpful staff, Lily and Lee. So if you need some info about good restaurants or places, where to go and spend your time in Hoi An, you can always ask them. :) You can rent a bike in the hotel for fair price and see Hoi An on two wheels. Go for it!

The staff at this hotel was incredible! Everyone was so friendly, very obliging and super professional. The rooms are clean, well equipped and the bed is really comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very big with a lot of different options. I alsway want to point out the Spa. I had a vietnamese massage, foot massage and facial done by Dao. She was amazing and the whole session (120 minutes) was really relaxing and pleasant. I actually extended my 2 night stay to 5 nights in total - so that says everything i guess:)
