Perfect location in our opinion - right next to the very center of city and the lake, however a very very quiet place. The stuff was super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good. Overall very good value for money.

This hotel is lovely ,very central and all the staff are so helpfull and friendly .However Rosie goes above and beyound ,she is amazing ! So helpfull with booking tours etc and so kind .we had a wonderful timw because of her help and advice .

Staff, first and foremost. Mai and Vian in particular were a delight - so welcoming and incredibly helpful this being our first visit to Hanoi. The hotel is a quite small and has a very cosy familiar feel. Location is excellent near the lake and the cost was very reasonable for good sized rooms.

Amazing staff who we very helpful in explaining where to go and what to do in Hanoi. The room was very spacious, clean and well organized. The birthday cake they organised what the cherry on top, highly recommended!
