Great location and great attention from the staff, especially Dom at reception who booked us some very nice tours.

Perfect location in the Old Quarter, really nice and quiet rooms and bathrooms (luxurious rain shower and very comfortable bed) making for a 4-Star experience at a really affordable rate, great small fitness room, nice and varied breakfast with lots of yummy Vietnamese options (fresh soup every morning for example) and some Western food as well (though we didn’t try that as we wanted to explore local dishes). The entire breakfast staff, especially Anna, Nga, Ming and Ha (and someone whose name we can’t remember), are so delightful to talk to and make your day start out with a huge smile. The front desk staff are doing everything that you possibly need from them with such kindness and smiles too (they even found a place for me to get my glasses fixed). Emily and Ha couldn’t have been more helpful and they even let us store our luggage for free and sent us away with breakfast packages when we left for a few days to Sapa. Quick and cheap laundry too (also cleaning our muddy hiking shoes) and nice, affordable massages! Loved the surprise in the room, as this was a very special trip for us, making for an unforgettable stay!! 100% recommend!
