Hotel staff generally in Vietnam are excellent, But the people here are standout!! They were absolutely wonderful hosts, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Special thankyou to Ivy and Cindy and Lee. The room was nicely appointed and spacious, with a VERY comfortable bed. Nice views. Nice buffet breakfast included. Spa on-site. Quiet location, near Han river and dragon bridge etc. Da Nang was much tidier (less trashy) than HCMC and the Mekong delta.

I highly recommend this place. The hotel room is so spacious and spotless. Very near the dragon bridge and so many things to do and restaurants just walking distance to the hotel. The staffs are so nice and helpful. Thank you Hanniee for answering all my questions. I also recommend to book the Ba na Hills tour to them. The price are the same as klook and tour was well organize. Thank you 🙏🏼

Wonderful stay. Staff is extremely polite and always smiling. Special thanks to Mr Man (Relationship Officer) for his extremely polite and welcoming nature. And Ms Hong Nhi on the breakfast floor is a very sweet and was very helpful especially to my wife finding all eggless food due to allergic to eggs. Perfect location for hotel and breakfast buffet is fantastic.

Firstly the location, fabulous views over the river and city. The dragon bridge so close. Beautiful, modern building and so clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Receptionist Thu was so helpful in every way. Lovely breakfast with choice of local and western food. This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for quality, service and value, I would love to return at some future time. I can certainly recommend it.

I just stayed 1 night at Ponte, but the staffs were so friendly and helpful. They booked a tour and grabfood for me. The room was fairly clean and large. The bed was so comfy. I will book this stay again when I travel Danang again.
