This place exeeded my expectations! Cody was the best receptionist I've met in all my travels. He's very friendly and genuinely cares about making sure that I dont only have the best time in Da Nang but the best time in Vietnam. He answered all my questions, gave me food reco in Hoi An, Hue, and Da Nang, gave to tips to avoid getting ripped off and my son absolutely adores him!

Perfectly located hotel with bathtubs! Everyone was super nice there! They have rooftop bar, swimming pool, nicely decorated rooms and good breakfast buffet. Massage in their spa was great as well

We had such a great time here!! The hotel is splendid but what makes it a really great hotel is the staff. They are helpful, kind, hospitable,...I cannot highlight them enough! The restaurant is top-notch (price/quality is very, very good) and the restaurant staff is super professional and so kind. Chef Hung is a really good cook. (There wasn't a single dish we did not enjoy. Bur for me the ribs were chef's kiss. The meat fell of the bone.) I also did a few treatments at the wellness which were wonderful. Trang Anh and her colleagues are excellent masseuses and the welcome you get is so kind and relaxing. The staff at the front desk (shout out to duty manager Jason who was super friendly and very funny), as well as all the other people working at the hotel, deserve praise. Not a single one did not greet you or was unkind. And whatever question you have, they are always there to help you with a smile. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Big thumbs up for the cleaning crew! We absolutely loved it here. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Exceptional rooms. Design is modern but very good, rooms are very big full with windows.

The staff here are so friendly, accommodating and helpful especially Helen & Mercy. We love our overall stay here!
