The location was perfect only a block back off the beach. The rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was lovely also. The staff were by far THE BEST of our entire trip. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and offered suggestions for while we were visiting DaNang as well as our following destination. I would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Golden Lotus Grand Hotel, which is located close to the beach of Đà Nẵng. On arrival, we were welcomed with fresh drinks and a fruit platter. The hotel as well as the rooms are new, spacious and equipped with a big TV, but the best thing about our stay was the great service. Special thanks to Ms. Hợp, Ms. Huyền and Ms. Khanh, who helped us e.g. on restaurant recommendations, places to visit, ticket bookings and many other things. But also many thanks to all the other staff members for always being friendly and welcoming. We actually liked our stay so much, that we booked the same hotel again for one night after coming back to Đà Nẵng from a two day trip to Huế. So definitely a recommendation.

The hotel is in a fantastic position, very close to the beach, restaurants etc and not far from the city centre. The rooms are spacious with extremely comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Breakfast is superb with a wide variety to suit every need, including a very friendly chef who cooks eggs to order. Last but not least are the staff, especially on reception, who all go out of their way to help you and are very welcoming. Bobby, Oliver and Zoe in particular who are exceptional!
