We arrived three hours before our scheduled check-in time, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early at no extra charge. The accommodation itself was excellent—neat, clean, and with very comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The location was another highlight, situated conveniently close to the city center, with everything within walking distance. Upon arrival, the staff provided us with a detailed plan of places to visit, eat, drink, and shop, which was incredibly helpful. Their knowledge and guidance really enhanced our stay. The staff were amazing, and the owner should be proud of the fantastic team they’ve assembled. A special shoutout to Justin, who went above and beyond by helping with our luggage, arranging a taxi, and ensuring we got to the airport on time. Overall, this was a perfect stay. I’d rate it 10/10 and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone!

The location is great, close to the old town, you get pretty much everything you need in just walking distance. Room and beds is comfortable and clean, breakfast is tasty, the front desk is such helpful, 2 ladies Rosie, and Huong(or Huang?) were positive in giving help and very friendly.

Third stay during our visit to Vietnam. Superb hotel with great architecture and nice design . Great location ( close to Old Quarter while very calm) . Room well equiped with all the commodities and beyond. A special cheerful mention to all the staff .
