We enjoyed our stay in Hanoi E Central very much. It is a very comfortable hotel in the City Center of Hanoi, very close to the exciting Old Quarter. Rooms were spacious and cleaned up everyday, the breakfast was tasty and diverse. What we appreciated the most was the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. Especially Rosie was always there to support us in trips recommendation, organization, restaurant selection, water puppet show tickets, airport transfer - everything! We felt truly at home and looked after. THANK YOU for the special experience! ❤️

Great location and nice room. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Especially Anna is great, who took care to organize our trip to Halong Bay and even during our trip helped us to make spontaneous change of the return transport. Everything worked out great thanks to her.

Our trip to Vietnam both started and ended at CLASSYC Hotel – and it couldn't have been a better choice. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It's perfectly located, within walking distance to most of Hanoi’s main attractions. The facilities are modern and well-designed, big plus for the groovy bar and a relaxing spa. But what really made our stay special was the incredible staff. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of every single day. This is a place we’ll never forget.
