The pool and bar on the top floor/roof were amazing! The view from the pool is beautiful and gives you a nice view for the sunset. The breakfast has many options and the quality is high. The staff is eager to help you arrange anything, for example a taxi to the harbor for a Halong Bay cruise.

Just about everything was perfect with the Halong Land Hotel. Our stay was wonderful as we were there to be near the Bay with lovely views. It was very clean, the owners were friendly and helpful, the shower was great, the bed was comfortable, the wifi was great, breakfast was good, and the room could be cooled or heated as needed. We wished we didn't need to leave! FYI: the Tuan Chau area has fewer services and some of the new-ish buildings even appear to be abandoned before completion. That's not to fault the hotel, though. It actually made for a peaceful stay. Use Grab or Xanh to go to the mainland (Hanoi) for food, ATMs, etc.

The bay was amazing. Our ship offers much comfort and the crew was very courteous. Our friendly guide Peter took really good care of us and organised everything well. This trip was worth it.

The boat is very nice, helpfull staff, great food. I had a really goodtime on Indochine Grand, a highlight of Vietnam trip. I would recommend to stay 2 nights.

    It’s new and clean and safe. Price is good. Near Tuần Châu harbor. The owner is very nice and friendly. He gave me a ride to Tuần Châu for a cruise without charging. Will stay here again when visiting Ha Long bay.
